I don't know what it is about living a life of carefree poverty that attracts me so much. I guess it's the simplicity. I am also not so sure why I am so fond of dirt, and clutter. Perhaps that is the influence of both my Ulster-Scots Appalachian ancestors as well as my Czechoslovakian gypsy ancestors. Either way, I have this burning desire to go live in the woods somewhere. To build a shanty and decorate it with other people's discards. The only drawback is the potential lack of human contact. But, then again that might be the selling point.
Thank you for reading my blog. I know what you mean about the attractivness of living out in the woods. I would love to do it. The only draw back for me though, is that I seem to feel the cold!
